The GAA’s next show is coming up! “Creative Visions” will be held at the Betsy Lueke
Creative Arts Center in Burbank from February 6th to February 25th, 2026. Submissions are
now closed, but if you would like to participate in preparing for the artists' reception, please
send an email to:

January Meeting
We'll be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 8th, at
Florencita Studios (BMAI)
2228 Florencita Street, Montrose
This is our last meeting before the "Creative Visions" show, and we have some final info to share!
Please bring a snack or drink to share, and a piece of artwork for the mini-show.
Our demonstrator this month is Kathryn Hansen, a truly inspiring artist who creates intimate portraits of animals and nature. View her amazing work here.

Donations Requested
The GAA has been contacted by The Makery in Los Angeles, asking for contributions of art supplies, which they will provide to fire victims. Please click here for details.
Losing all the tools that allow for creative expression is another tragedy for the people who need this most right now. Please be generous--and please pass the information along to family or friends who might have some spare items to share.
